We have owned and bred Lowchen since 1987 we have produced champions in The Uk in S/Africa In Germany and in the USA we have recently exported to Sweden . We are now seeing offspring from our stock here and overseas and interesting to see  type is still comeing through our 3 rd generationand some new champions getting made up .Our pride of lions have gone on to produce champion offspring here and overseas.We breed for typical breed type and are proud of every Sophreta Puppy we have bred.Arthur has judged the breed here in the Uk, as well as a lot of the working breeds .Glynice has judged the breed in The Uk S/Africa Australia and has given seminars on the breed here in the Uk and over seas and has judged Toy  breeds and best in show at the Natal Toy Dog Championship show in S/Africa and working breeds at the Durban Kennel Club Championship show also in S/Africa .In Australia Glynice judged the South Western Doberman Championship show in Adalaid and the Lowchen speciality championship show in Sydney  .Both Arthur and Glynice Judge Dobermans at championship show level and have done so for over 30 years. Above is a photo of litter brother and sister taking best puppys at Leeds Champ show with judge Mr T Burgess  We have both been active in the world of dogs over a forty year span and both of us have held and still do as Secretary and chairperson of a general Canine society we have shown owned and bred Dobermans and we have had poodles since we were married in 1971 The Sophreta has been very succsessfull and for a small  number of dogs has gone on to produce champions in most of our litters we breed to show our dogs and have been very proud of our accievments over the years Sophreta is a well respected kennel name known for prodduceing Oaulity show dogs
